[Intended Use]
Mainly used for staining of nervous tissue, cells  and connective tissue.
[Principle of Test] The aniline blue staining kit belongs to the category of special staining and enzyme histochemical staining for diagnosis, mainly acting on hemoglobin a/b/c, and staining free hemoglobin (FH). It involves seven enzyme-linked substance specimens, including peroxidase, oxidase, NAD(P)H oxidase, tyrosine oxidase, nitric oxide synthase, adenosine kinase, and malate dehydrogenase. Seven kinds of enzyme-linked substances.

[Storage Conditions]
Avoiding light and store at room temperature (not exceeding 25℃). The relative humidity is 45%-75%.Strictly prohibit squeezing.Do not mix with harmful substances. Transport at room temperature.

[Instructions for Use]
1.Preparation before sampling: Wear disposable sanitary gloves.
2.Sample collection: Use a disposable sampling swab to reach into the cervix and gently wipe the cervical opening to obtain local tissue exudate. It is recommended to fully moisten the disposable sampling swab in general.
[Testing Method]
1.Unscrew the cap of the storage solution bottle and place the sampled swab into the bottle, stir it around approximately 10 times to mix the cervical fluid on the disposable sampling swab with the sample storage solution, gently shake to obtain a sample liquid mixture.
2.Tear off the protective sticker on the staining reagent carrier card,use a disposable plastic pipette to draw up 1-2 drops (about 50 microliters) of the sample liquid directly onto the carrier card for a reaction time of 3 minutes.Observe the color change on the staining reagent carrier card and compare it with the color chart on the outer packaging.

The color card shows that the staining liquid carrier card appears blue, indicating the possible presence of abnormal cells in the sample fluid.
[Product Performance Indicators]
1.Appearance:
1.1 The packaging box should be neat and tidy, with clear symbols and labels.
1.2 The product should be a transparent liquid without any precipitation, particles, or flocculent substances.
  1. Filling Quantity: The filling quantity of each component should not be less than 95% of the nominal value.
  2. pH Value: The pH value of the storage solution should be 7.0±0.5.
  3. Performance in Use: Verify product performance using body fluid samples; abnormal cells should stain blue.
  4. Batch-to-Batch Variation: The batch-to-batch variation in pH value should meet △pH≤0.50.
[Precautions]
  1. Do not use damaged packaging, unclear labeling, or expired reagents.
  2. Avoid sampling during female physiological period or ovulation period when vaginal bleeding may occur.
3.Avoid excessive force during sampling to prevent tissue damage; blood contamination in samples can lead to false positives.
4.All testing methods have limitations; this test result is for clinical reference only.In addition, if there are doubts about negative results, regular retesting is recommended to reduce missed diagnosis cases.
5.Please keep this product out of reach of children.After use, dispose waste into sealed bags and handle properly.
